School Council plays an important role in everyday school life. They meet most weeks to discuss school issues and projects which can include improving parts of the school, fund raising, planning for competitions and writing bids to raise money. The School Council represent all the children in the school. They listen to their thoughts, suggestions and ideas and make sure the adults listen to them too. They use the ideas to help make our school a better place.

What have they done so far this year?

They raised nearly £300 for the homeless charity, CRISIS by organizing a non-uniform day and bake sales.

They have also had meetings with our Parents Event Team (PET) about publicising our school discos, as well as meetings with our school governors.
