Here you will find information about the school day here at Oxford Road Community School.
Nursery
Morning session 8:30am - 11:30am
Afternoon session: 12:15pm - 3:15pm
Nursery 30 hours children 8.30am - 3.15pm Monday - Friday with lunch club each day.
Reception, KS1 and KS2
School starts: 8:40am
Registration 8.50am
School ends: 3:15pm
Total hours provided - 32hrs 55 mins a week
Lunch times
Reception: 11:30am - 12:30pm
KS1: 11:50am - 12:50pm
KS2: 12:30pm - 1:15pm
Gate Opening Times
The school gate will be open from 8.30am and will close promptly at 8.50am, as this is the time registers are completed. If you arrive after this time and the gate is closed, you must come to the main entrance of the school and sign your child in.
The school day ends at 3.15 p.m. and the gate will be opened just before this time. It will remain open for 15 minutes and then be locked in order for children attending After School Club to be safe playing outside.
